Add this pigment to your clear melt and pour soap base for a distinct effect. Kids especially love this additive. Makes bath time fun!
It will come to you in a plastic bottle and you can apply it to your liquid soap base with a teaspoon. (approximately ¼ of a teaspoon for 5 cubes of the soap base makes a medium glow)
