We will not sell or give away your name, address, phone number, or email address for any reason. We know how important it is for our customers to feel safe in entering their information.
By law, we must collect sales tax for all sales shipped to Florida addresses. The state sales tax is 6% plus each county's discretionary tax (.25% - 1.5%). Due to the nature of the Paypal system, all orders must be charged the highest tax rate in FL, 7.5%. If this rate is incorrect for your FL county, you will be credited back the amount overcharged.
You will receive a confirmation email when you have completed your order that will show the items you purchased and the total price.
It is your choice to enter your email address into our guestbook, although we encourage you to do so for helpful announcements and promotions.
Returns
We apologize for any inconvenience, but we do not accept returns of our products. The products we sell can be tampered with after they leave our store and we can not risk reselling such items. All sales are final.
All products leave our store packaged properly and securely. However, if you receive a package that has damaged items, please contact the US Postal Service.
